DELL missing virtual drives 無法進入BIOS

H730P-mini 陣列卡警告，RAID0掉盤，硬碟故障，無法進入BIOS。

1.存在保留快取的離線或遺失虛擬磁碟機。在這個情況下會強制進入RAID配置介面。

警告訊息：

There are offline or missing virtual drives with preserved cache.

Please check the cables and ensure that all drives are present.

Press any key to enter the configuration utility.

2.進入RAID管理，按下F2 > 選擇Managing Preserved Cache 

3.選擇Discard the cache

The controller lost access to one or more physical disks. When access to the physical disks was lost, the controller preserved the data in the cache. The preserved cache will persist until you import the relevant virtual disks or discard the cache. As long as there is preserved cache, you will not be able to perform certain operations

4.選擇Yes，確認清存緩存

硬碟資料不會動到，但需要注意的是，如果數據緩存在陣列卡數據沒有存入硬碟，資料會消失。



5.重啟後就可以正常進去BIOS 或是其他模式了





如果要在加上一顆硬碟，到PD Mgmt頁面，不用重啟就會讀到了。
